Old Pecos Trail Estates is a 135-acres subdivision between the Old Las Vegas Highway and the Cerros Negros foot hills. Within this 135-acre community are 24 home sites. Above these home sites are 22 acres of terrain designated as a natural park and wildlife refuge.
